I am a Christian, a licensed counselor, a life coach, a friend, a mom and a survivor. By God’s grace I have made a choice to make positive life changes and I want to help those who want to do the same. My goal is to make counseling and coaching available to those who need it. I offer Christian counseling to those who are seeking it, as well as professional counseling for those not seeking the incorporation of spiritual practice into their treatment. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is very important and not every person can work with every therapist.
I am a licensed counselor and life coach serving those in the South Charlotte, NC, Pineville, NC, Belmont, NC, Ft. Mill, SC, Lake Wylie, SC, Clover, SC and Rock Hill, SC areas. I also offer private Teletherapy in your home through a secure computer program. I do individual, marital and family therapy and coaching. I utilize an eclectic, holistic approach to therapy. I do not accept insurance but offer affordable rates for both life coaching and counseling. I offer flexible hours, including evening and Saturday appointments.
